You have spent months planning and have all of your vendors lined up. You are feeling good about all your decisions, yet there are still so many little things to be done and managed on the actual day of the wedding/event.

That is where your day of coordinator comes in!

Think of it like having an assistant or a second pair of hands you can trust to bring your vision to life, so you can enjoy every moment.

HALF DAY PACKAGE

Prior to wedding/event we will:

  • Have a 1-hour consultation to go over all your wedding/event details

  • Identify anything that might have been overlooked which is essential to the day running smoothly

Event Time

  • Oversee vendor arrivals, acting as point of contact for commitments at venue

  • Ensure ceremony, cocktail hour and reception areas are set up as outlined in agreement

  • Set up of gift table/box, favor areas, or other specialty set up

  • Distribute bouquets/boutonnieres (as needed)

  • Retain the marriage license for the officiant (as needed)

  • Make sure wedding timeline is adhered to

  • Help with unforeseen issues as they arise on the day

FULL DAY PACKAGE

(Includes all the items from the Half Day Package)

Prior to wedding/event we will:

  • Attend the final walkthrough of all venues, to ensure there is a clear understanding of your wants and needs for the event 

  • Create/review the floor plan for the venue 

  • Create a detailed timeline that will be provided to your vendors and necessary party members 

  • Coordinate with all your vendors the final timeline and day of plan 

Event Time

  • Attend rehearsal, setting up processional and recessional choreography (as needed) 

  • Facilitating a smooth transition between activities (ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception), including setup and breakdown 

  • Ensure that all vendor meals are served 

  • Retrieve gift card box and personally hand off at the end of the night 

  • Arrange for personal items to be packed up and given to a designated family member, delivered to hotel room and/or vehicle
